Where the times come from
Fresh food times are from the cooking charts in Ninja's quick start guides (Ninja's AF200UK chart, for the Foodi Dual Zone, and Ninja's AF100UK chart) and from Ninja UK's cooking times table. Freezer food times are copied from the maker's air fryer instructions, as printed on the pack and shown on the retailer's product page. Where sources disagree, we show them all.
If a food isn't in Ninja's chart, Ninja says to cut the time on the packaging by 25%, check often and add time if needed (Ninja's AF200UK chart). Some makers print no air fryer time at all. Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings and Young's scampi, for example, only give oven times, so check the pack.
