Is it cooked?
Pigs in blankets must be cooked all the way through. The FSA's safe core temperature and time combinations are 70°C for 2 minutes, 75°C for 30 seconds or 80°C for 6 seconds. (Food Standards Agency)
A probe thermometer in the thickest piece is the quickest way to check. If it isn't there yet, give it a few more minutes and check again.
Getting it right

- Start checking 2 minutes before the time is up, and make sure food has reached a safe temperature. (Ninja's AF200UK chart)
